Master Baker
Betsy Zacks has been baking since she could stand on a chair and mix things up with a wooden spoon. In college, she loved altering recipes to make vegan versions, even at two in the morning. Now twenty years later, that aspect hasn't changed, but she has found the perfect recipes to share with others through her delicious baking. From altering recipes to inventing completely new ones to mixing them together, there is nothing off the table in her kitchen. Except eggs and dairy!
